Order Cancellation Rights

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The return window closes 30 days after you, or a third party designated by you (excluding the carrier), takes possession of the goods.

Return Conditions

 To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

  • The goods were purchased within the past 30 days.
  • The items are in their original packaging.

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Products with damaged, missing, or non-original packaging.
  • Items that have been opened, used, or are no longer sealed.
  • Products that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
  • Products that show signs of use, tampering, or contamination.

We reserve the right to deny returns of items that do not meet the conditions mentioned above at our sole discretion.

Refunds are only available for regular-priced items. Sale items cannot be refunded, except when prohibited by local law.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, broken seal,  damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable, insured service to ensure your return is secure. Refunds will only be issued upon receipt of the returned items or proof of return delivery.
